Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in executing variable tasks such as planograms and physical inventories. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance, working scheduled shifts and varying hours as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the District FAST Supervisor, providing updates on work completion and issues.
  • Complete planograms and resets accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
  • Assist with store layout initiatives and perform accurate counts for store inventories.
  • Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
  • Provide legendary customer service, utilizing GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask, and Provide peak coverage as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate store equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
  • Working environment is favorable, with moderate noise levels.
  • Work shifts vary, with the ability to work up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Travel between store locations is required, often with long periods of time.
