Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Gemaire as a leader in the industry, ensuring maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Manage showroom merchandising and re-stocking of products.
  • Assist in resolving customer relations issues and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Process sales orders, up-sell associated items, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Load and unload products in trucks for delivery to customers and other Sales Centers.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise, verifying accuracy of received items.
  • Pick and verify orders for customers and inter-office transfers, preparing orders for shipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Minimum 6 months Warehouse experience, with appliance lift experience a plus.
  • Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred.
  • Proven success in sales and customer service, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meeting assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with skills to multi-task on different levels.
  • Must possess a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
