Experience: 5+ Years of experience in DevOps and 2+ years of experience with Service Now

Job Overview:

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) of ServiceNow systems. You will implement DevOps best practices, ensuring high availability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement DevOps best practices for ServiceNow systems.
  • Automate workflows, processes, and infrastructure related to ServiceNow.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
  • Collaborate with developers to streamline release processes and platform updates.
  • Monitor and ensure system performance and scalability.
