Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead our Engineering team through the transition to a sprint-based structure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project planning, managing sprints, and ensuring effective communication between the engineering team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Sprint Management: Lead the Engineering team in adopting a sprint-based approach, including planning, executing, and reviewing sprints.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that potential obstacles are addressed before they impact project delivery.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and transparency.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical Background: Solid technical foundation, with the ability to engage in discussions with DevOps Engineers and understand the technical aspects of projects.
