  • Chairside Assistance: Work closely with doctors and patients, assisting with placing and removing orthodontic appliances, taking X-Rays, and fabricating retainers.
  • Chart Maintenance: Accurately maintain patient charts and transcribe doctor notes, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.
  • Equipment Management: Keep patient rooms stocked and organized, clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment for optimal functionality.
  • Professional Development: Be receptive to coaching and training from doctors to continuously develop your skillset and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a strong understanding of orthodontics, treatment appliances, and equipment used in the field.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate techniques and information to patients and staff.
  • Compassion and Integrity: Show compassion and a high level of service for patients, parents, and staff, while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
  • Dependability and Attention to Detail: Be dependable, reliable, and attentive to detail, with the ability to stay organized and follow instructions.
Education and Experience
  • Education: High-School Diploma Required.
  • Experience: 1-3 Years of Relative Experience.
