Job Summary:

As a Joy Creator at Nothing Bundt Cakes, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest leaves our bakery with a smile on their face and a desire to return.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, determining their interests and needs to create a personalized experience.
Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake options, pricing, and promotions.
Process guest orders efficiently and accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale system and inviting guests to join our email club for special promotions.
Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine cleaning and replenishing of merchandise and cake display cases.
Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies, including dress code and personal hygiene.

Requirements:

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant, or retail store is a plus.
Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
