ROLE OVERVIEW
The Front Desk Administrator serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and staff. This position encompasses a diverse range of daily tasks that require effective multitasking and the ability to manage various responsibilities simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be proactive and capable of tracking multiple requests and deadlines efficiently.
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
The primary aim of this role is to foster positive relationships with employees, suppliers, and clients while upholding the organization's core values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent our brand by adhering to the MAX Service Group Core Values.
- Welcome both internal and external clients warmly and provide necessary assistance.
- Manage the ordering of supplies, which includes:
- Uniforms, Office Supplies, Stamps, Toner/Ink, Job Folders, Job Signs, etc.
- All forms, stickers, certificates, letterhead, sales folders, business cards, and more.
- Process sales transactions for clients.
- Assist in the management of conference room schedules.
- Support organizational leaders with various tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant prior experience is preferred.
