Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of installation professionals on construction sites, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with general contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective project management and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are addressed promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant construction experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction codes and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and quality standards.
