Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance and Governance: Coordinate annual government filings, working closely with international service providers to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  2. Meeting Coordination: Facilitate the preparation and organization of semi-annual meetings for director elections and other critical business matters, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  3. Record-Keeping: Accurately document financial decisions and other significant resolutions made by the directors, maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date record of all transactions.
  4. Financial Management: Record all trust fund movements from underlying companies to the trusts, ensuring compliance and transparency in financial dealings.
  5. Documentation and Resolutions: Draft resolutions and assemble necessary documentation for establishing bank accounts, engaging with investment managers, and other financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  6. Corporate Records: Maintain and update the company's minutes book and other essential corporate records, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  7. International Liaison: Liaise with foreign registered offices, ensuring effective communication and record-keeping to support global operations.
  8. Document Management: Input historical data and documents into designated software programs for each company, developing a robust document storage and retrieval system.
  9. Bank Instructions: Prepare and oversee all bank instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  10. Document Storage: Develop and maintain a comprehensive book of documents, ensuring easy access to critical information.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A Law Degree is a must.
  2. Family Office, Tax, and Funds experience is preferred.
  3. Relevant experience in corporate administration or a similar role.
  4. Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
