Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to internal business partners on M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
  • Support a range of regulatory, contracting, and operations work and general legal needs of internal clients.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, and counsel clients on business and legal regulatory issues, including anti-trust and fraud and abuse laws.
Requirements:
  • J.D. degree and licensure to practice law.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Outstanding judgment, expert legal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of how to support business objectives while considering the regulatory landscape.
  • M&A experience, international experience, and healthcare experience are desirable.
