Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive individual for the position of Manager, Sports VIP CRM & Promotions. This role involves managing marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and strategies for high-value customers within our sports betting division. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sports Promotions, you will oversee the VIP players program and ensure its effectiveness within Hard Rock Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting customized marketing and sales strategies to boost customer engagement and attract new clientele
  • Evaluating customer data to extract insights and formulate innovative solutions aimed at enhancing customer loyalty
  • Designing and implementing promotional campaigns to stimulate the growth of the VIP program
  • Tracking customer satisfaction and transactional metrics to refine customer engagement
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining brand integrity
  • Providing strategic advice for policy formulation and execution
  • Offering support and expertise to VIP personnel within the organization

Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, we seek an individual with a comprehensive understanding of digital sports betting VIP clientele, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proven track record of establishing strong relationships swiftly

  • Enthusiasm for advancing marketing excellence in a digital sports betting context
