Responsibilities
What’s the position?
We are looking for a Senior Director of CRM & Sportsbook Promotions to join our rapidly growing marketing team. As the Senior Director of Sportsbook and Customer Retention, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of our sportsbook offerings while also leading initiatives to enhance customer retention and engagement. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the sports betting industry, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sports promotional strategy leveraging data analytics and customer insight to fuel business growth and increase customer loyalty and retention covering all aspects of customer lifecycles.
- Be accountable for player retention and revenue KPIs and ensure promotional reinvestment spending is set to meet business goals and maximise ROI
- Create and build a structure for on-going testing and learning as well as creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement through personalisation, loyalty programs
- product features and leveraging our partnerships together with cross-functional teams
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the promo function, ensuring integration with CRM Operation, technology, data, and customer support functions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years experience in a director of strategy/leadership role within online sports betting
- Deep understanding of sportsbook operations
- Track record of successfully developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
- Experience establishing and monitoring KPI’s
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
