Sportsbook Agent

At Hard Rock Seminole, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sportsbook Agent to join our team. As a key member of our gaming floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing wagers for customers who are betting on the results of sporting events.

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons while processing wagers and resolving disputes.
• Maintain and balance a till for use in issuing and redeeming tickets and vouchers.
• Communicate and promote our menu of wagering options and promotions to patrons.
• Escalate potential complaints, business risks, and potential VIP customers to management.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by jurisdiction.
• Proper execution of cash handling policies.
• Timeliness of identification and escalation of issues for resolution.
• Compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

• One (1) or more years of experience in Gaming and/or Sportsbook related roles preferred.
• Customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to work at speed and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make optimal decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time and work in a loud, smoking environment.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

• May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
