Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to join our team at netPolarity, Inc. (Saicon Consultants, Inc.). As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our hardware products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate hardware products using standard operational procedures and hardware-software use cases.
  • Analyze failures and collaborate with internal design teams to identify root causes.
  • Improve validation methods and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Execute and automate tests, and participate in issuing internal releasable test reports.
  • Perform software and hardware level testing using external and internal AMD test tools.
  • Gather relevant data to drive bug filing in internal and external bug databases.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience with Linux operating systems.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in BASH, shell scripting, and knowledge of Linux ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with post-silicon validation principles, methodologies, and lab environment.
  • Understanding of reference board usage, high-level board design, and computer architecture.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with guidance effectively to meet time requirements.
