  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Commitment to Efficiency

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for executing processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards. You will maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all company tools, policies, and procedures.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Replenish merchandise, maintain visual displays, and execute promotions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Uphold backstock organization and maintain awareness of potential theft, reporting concerns to management.

Associate Morale

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for demonstrating a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers. You will treat customers and store team members professionally, courteously, and respectfully, celebrating individuality, inclusion, and partnership.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication and time management skills. Additionally, the candidate must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
