Job Title: Client Advisory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisory Manager to lead our Client Accounting Services (CAS) group. This individual will be responsible for providing monthly accounting and advisory services to businesses looking to outsource their accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly and year-end workpapers.
  • Manage payroll preparation using payroll software.
  • Reconcile various general ledger, bank, and credit card accounts.
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of sales/use, CAT, corporate and individual taxes.
  • Work in a cloud-based accounting environment.
  • Assist with preparation of internal financial statements.
  • Comply with firm administrative policies.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate required. Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Certified Bookkeeper and/or Quickbooks Professional Advisor preferred but not required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels in the organization.
  • Proficient knowledge and utilization of software programs including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Planner, Outlook) as well as Quickbooks Online, Bill.com, Quickbooks Payroll, and accounting and tax-related software.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented.
  • Needs to be flexible when needed.
  • Must be a self-starter, being able to work independently as well as on a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet set deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task, handle interruptions and problem solve.
  • Ability to learn and utilize new software, or new features in existing software.
  • Ability to embrace change and suggest changes in processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
