Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Uptown Houston. As an Account Manager at Michael Page, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the hiring process, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Client relationship management
  • Mentoring junior sales consultants
  • Proposal development and negotiation

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales or recruitment, excellent communication skills, and experience with Salesforce and other sales tools. You should also be driven by a desire to achieve results and develop your skills as a sales professional.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus uncapped quarterly commissions. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including 20 days annual vacation, 5 sick days, and 16 paid holidays, as well as medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one. We also offer a 401K savings plan with company match, hybrid working opportunities, and regular team events and social activities.
