Job Description

As an ERP Developer at SysMind Tech, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • ERP Development & Customization:
    • We are looking for a skilled developer to develop and customize ERP modules, functionality, and user interfaces to meet the needs of our clients.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing ERP systems, with a strong focus on customization and integration.
  • System Integration:
    • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications (CRM, SCM, BI tools, etc.) and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
    • This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • Configuration & Support:
    • Our company is seeking an experienced support professional to provide configuration, troubleshooting, and support for ERP users across the organization.
    • This involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored support to ensure they get the most out of our ERP system.
  • Requirements Analysis:
    • We are looking for a skilled analyst to work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into ERP system solutions.
    • This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • Documentation & Training:
    • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing technical documentation, user guides, and providing training to users to ensure effective use of our ERP system.
    • This requires strong writing and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Performance Optimization:

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The estimated salary range has been calculated based on industry standards and takes into account the level of expertise required for this role.
