About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Senior Leaders at Lowe's Home Improvement. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure that leaders are prepared for meetings and events.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, responding to requests and communicating on behalf of leaders.
  • Produce a wide range of documents, reports, and presentations using advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work with confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion in its dissemination.
  • Coordinate special events, including scheduling, logistics, and catering.
  • Assist with department budget and expense reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting Senior Leaders preferred.
  • Proven ability to anticipate priorities, adjust, and problem-solve on behalf of leaders.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leaders and stakeholders.
