Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a bar area, adhering to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
  • Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary supplies, and maintain stock levels to ensure product quality.
  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, take and process orders for drinks, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes.
  • Check guests for proper identification, detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, and demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.
  • Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed.
  • Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops, and secure bank.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards, keep work area clean and organized, and arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
Requirements:
  • Previous mixology experience is required.
  • Ability to work on-call shifts with varying schedules.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
