Sales and Customer Engagement Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Representative to join our team at Leiters Health. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing a book of business to ensure consistent revenue month over month and drive growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
You will consistently complete proactive outreach and follow-up with customers to ensure needs are being met, educate customers, develop relationships, and explore potential pain points for improvement. Additionally, you will identify growth opportunities within the supported territory, formulate a plan to grow the base, and execute the plan to deliver sales results.
You will work closely with the Ophthalmic Sales Specialists and share strategies and action plans to drive sales expansion and relationship maintenance in existing accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adhere to time frames in a dynamic environment.
Requirements- Typing skills of 50+ words a minute

- Customer friendly with excellent communication, phone, and writing skills.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, providing support functions, preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required; college level 4-year degree preferred.
