Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Crunch Fitness. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Check-in and Check-out: Greet members and guests with a smile, check them in and out, and facilitate any messages on our club software.
  • Phone and Communication: Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicate special events to members, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Member Requests and Services: Facilitate all member requests, forward them to management as needed, and sell retail products.
  • Facility Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of our club facilities, services, and schedules, and assist in all projects as delegated by management.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Experience: Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification, experience working with children, and certifications as required by local/state laws.
  • Physical Demands: Lift 10 lbs. on occasion, stand, bend, and squat frequently, and climb and hang decorations as needed.
Employment Eligibility
  • Education and Age: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and be eligible to work in the United States.
