Job Overview

Unity Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our clinical applications department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of our Epic clinical system with our organization's workflows and processes.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our ambulatory and operational leadership to strategically plan and implement clinical system development initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our patients and staff. Your expertise will be essential in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and technologies. As a Clinical Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize clinical workflows and configurations, conducting regular audits and assessments of EHR usage, and providing education and support to ensure effective use of the Epic system.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. You must be able to think critically and creatively, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
