About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing personalized behavior intervention programs that make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

About the Job
  • Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
  • Location: Centers throughout NJ/PA/DE, MA, VA, CT, and AZ

In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children, providing direct treatment and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) clinician. Your role is essential in helping children develop essential life skills, manage their behaviors, and become more independent.
