Account Manager Job Description

At Insight Global, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our General Manager to gain industry knowledge and develop sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, individual performance targets, and utilize available resources to achieve success.
  • Ensure accurate procedures are followed when estimating and processing jobs.
  • Support sales teams by providing sales data, including weekly visit and action reports.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to negotiate with customers in accordance with objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of end-to-end sales experience in the HVAC, testing and certification, testing and balancing industry or related field.
  • Experience with lead development, cold calling, and maintaining a book of business.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and sales negotiation skills.
  • Experience with relationship and business development, CRM use, and sales project preparation.
