This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business outcomes into technical requirements and vice versa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Strong consulting experience in ServiceNow design, architecture, and implementation
  • Understanding of key ServiceNow technologies, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS
  • Experience with scripting in ServiceNow and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS
  • Experience in standing up greenfield ServiceNow solutions to support Service Desk operations
  • Ability to lead client workshops and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP ECC or SAP Business Suite design and implementation
  • Experience with IVR and Telephony System design and integration
  • Experience in designing Virtual Agent/Chat Bot solutions with ServiceNow native tools
  • ServiceNow Certifications in CSA and CIS
