Job Description

The ServiceNow Architect plays a critical role in supporting business initiatives by designing and implementing reliable, efficient, scalable, and business-oriented solutions based on the Now platform.

As a key member of the team, the CSM ServiceNow Architect is responsible for demonstrating the value of the Now Platform to business stakeholders and translating business outcomes into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow Customer Workflows
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of key ServiceNow technologies, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS
  • Develop and implement systems using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Lead client workshops and provide technical guidance to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong consulting experience in design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • ServiceNow Certifications in CSA and CIS in at least one of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM Product Family (Event, Discovery, or Service Mapping)
  • Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, with both standard scripting tools and ServiceNow accelerators
  • Experience with working or developing with JavaScript-HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP ECC or SAP Business Suite design and implementation
  • Experience with IVR and Telephony System design and integration
  • Experience with designing Virtual Agent/Chat Bot solutions with ServiceNow native tools
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow Licensing constructs
