Thermal Systems Calibration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal Systems Calibration Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining and managing the Dual Zone Automatic Temperature Control (DATC) strategy and calibrations.
Responsibilities:- Work with DATC System suppliers to develop and implement calibration strategies
- Lead wind tunnel and road testing to calibrate the DATC system
- Develop new climate control strategies to support our company's electrification objectives
- Deliver globally consistent calibrations that meet climate attribute performance objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- 2+ years of experience with automotive control systems development and calibration
- Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering; 5+ years of experience in automotive climate control
