Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate MOD values and behaviors, and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
  • Create a Positive Vibe: Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect, and coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
  • Train and Coach: Demonstrate, train, and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks, and demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources.
  • Partner with General Manager: Partner with the General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
  • Must be at least 18 years old

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $16.35 per hour, plus an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tip earnings. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid sick time, paid vacation, free food and beverages, discounted pet insurance and gym membership, free counseling sessions, medical/dental/vision/basic life/disability, and 401(k) retirement.
