We are currently seeking passionate individuals for the role of Clinical Therapist.


Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Therapist will engage in providing group, individual, and family therapy sessions while ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation.

This role involves collaboration with the Treatment Team to develop effective treatment and discharge plans.

Additionally, therapists may be required to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.


Work Schedule:
This position may require availability from Thursday to Monday, Sunday to Wednesday, or Tuesday to Saturday.


Qualifications:
Education:
A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.


Licensure:
Preference will be given to candidates who are Registered Interns in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or those licensed by the State of Florida in these fields.


Experience:
A minimum of two years of experience in a substance abuse treatment or mental health setting is preferred, including experience in an inpatient mental health facility.


Job Type:
This is a full-time position.


Compensation:
Starting pay is from $65,000.00 annually.
