About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at FactoryFix. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct failure analysis investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment, utilizing computer systems for documentation and tracking
  • Provide technical assistance and support to maintenance teams, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address equipment-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and SAP
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a heavy industrial or equipment maintenance role
