Inventory Oversight
  • Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels, initiate orders for parts and supplies, and maintain optimal stock to fulfill demand while avoiding excess.
  • Receiving and Quality Control: Supervise the intake of parts and supplies, verify accuracy, and conduct inspections for any damage or defects.
  • Storage Organization: Ensure a well-organized and efficient parts storage area, facilitating easy access and proper labeling of all items.
Customer Engagement
  • Customer Assistance: Support service technicians and customers by identifying and locating parts, responding to inquiries, and resolving any related issues.
