Our 300+ doctors and advance practice clinicians care for children and adults of all ages. We also have in-house imaging and clinical lab services. Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing [APRN or FNP] or Physician Assistant program
  • Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain)
  • Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
  • Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)

Connecticut Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $114,784 to $154,951 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
