Maintenance Equipment Specialist

A competitive salary in the range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year is being offered for this role.
At Affinity Executive Search, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical maintenance failures
- Dismantle, rebuild, and reassemble machinery using hand and power tools
- Repair and replace pipes and equipment with pipe fitting tools
- Repair and troubleshoot motors, switches, lighting and other electrical equipment
- Perform in-depth PM services on various pieces of equipment
- Provide technical support for efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
Requirements:
- AAS/Maintenance certification or an equivalent of 4+ years of maintenance training and experience
- 2+ years of mechanical manufacturing maintenance troubleshooting experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of welding (Mig Tig, Oxy, Acc, Brazing and SMAW)
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience with using a preventative maintenance system, SAP or CMMS
