Job Overview

Tommy John is a comfort-focused lifestyle brand dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at our Southlake, TX location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, consistently demonstrating our customer-centric selling standards to deliver a positive experience and achieve daily sales goals.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction and partnering with store leadership on elevated issues.
  • Offer personalized styling advice, suggesting key looks and products that cater to customers' individual styles and preferences.
  • Promote brand awareness and growth by introducing customers to our social media channels and hashtags.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates, providing ad-hoc support with tasks and customer interactions.
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained, including the fitting room and stockroom.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within a fashion/retail environment.
  • Ability to process information and merchandise through our computer and POS register system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers and retail team members.
  • Strong organizational and merchandising skills, with the ability to drive business growth through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with short breaks.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
