About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Seasonal Store Associate to join our Fabletics team at Southlake Town Square in Southlake, TX. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our brand culture and values, providing expert knowledge to customers on our products and services.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, driving sales and customer satisfaction through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in feedback loops to continuously improve the business, striving for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals, while upholding safety and security standards.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferably in the active lifestyle industry.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
