Job Title: Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate

At Tommy John, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way people experience comfort-focused lifestyle brands. As a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional in-person shopping experiences to our customers at our Southlake, TX location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by consistently demonstrating Tommy John's customer-centric selling standards and achieving daily sales goals.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction and partnering with store leadership on elevated issues.
  • Outfit customers by suggesting key looks and products, incorporating their individual style with popular bundles.
  • Promote brand awareness and growth by introducing customers to Tommy John's social media channels and hashtags.
  • Process register sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates, providing ad-hoc support with tasks and customer interactions.
  • Restock return merchandise, label and place damaged and defective items in the correct area, and maintain a neat and well-presented store environment.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A customer-focused mindset with a desire to please and provide exceptional service.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within a fashion/retail environment.
  • Ability to process information and merchandise through the computer and POS register system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers and retail teams.
  • Strong organizational and merchandising skills, with the ability to drive business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with short breaks.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift items over 20 pounds.
