Compensation and Benefits:

- Annual Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly greet clients upon arrival
- Gather customer and vehicle details
- Accurately document all vehicle issues and maintenance needs as reported by the client
- Assess and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Prepare detailed and precise cost estimates for labor and parts
- Establish follow-up timelines and communicate them to clients
- Track the status of each vehicle throughout the day and provide regular updates to clients
- Ensure the final invoice aligns with the work completed on the repair order
- Clarify all completed services and associated charges to clients
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
- Previous experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant
- Dynamic and energetic personality
- A commitment to a long-term career with a growing organization
- Integrity in both personal and professional conduct
- Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn new software
