About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Laser Technician to join our team at Secret Med Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, performing a variety of elite laser and aesthetic treatments, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, enhancing their satisfaction, experience, and productivity.
  • Perform laser services, including laser hair removal, photo-facials, and body contouring treatments.
  • Perform aesthetic services, such as derma-planning, SkinPen micro-needling, facials, chemical peels, and HydraFacial.
  • Provide client-centered consultations to meet their skin care needs, selling products and treatments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Assist with training peers and new hires, ensuring company standards are met.
  • Attend continuing education sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Laser Technician license issued by the Department of Licensing.
  • Medical Esthetician License issued by the State.
  • Ability to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of laser, skin treatment procedures, esthetician practices, and medical practice management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
