Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Retail Sales Technician to join our team at Asurion. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling solutions-based products and services, and leading our team of expert technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs on all devices with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Enhance customer experience by using our 'serve, solve, and sell' method to promote Asurion's Connected Home product
  • Supervise, train, and coach tech experts to ensure they meet service-level agreements and maintain high-quality work
  • Stand in as store manager when needed to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain service-level agreements on turnaround time for repairs and ensure all work orders are addressed by end of day
  • Oversee buybacks and return material authorizations, and manage back of house operations
  • Order and manage inventory, and ensure PPE supplies are ordered and utilized
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience
  • 6+ months of smartphone repair experience or equivalent
  • 1+ years of retail supervisory experience or equivalent (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Inventory supervisory experience; inventory counts, live inventory management or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Motivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goals
  • Technical, problem-solving, and organizational talents
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliability and flexibility in difficult situations
  • The ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment
