About the Position

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at CALM. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share a passion for providing high-quality mental health services to children and families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical program, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with CALM's standards and best practices. They will also provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting their professional growth and development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $81,120-$108,160 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff members
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services
  • Ensure compliance with CALM's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field
  • Current California license and minimum of 2 years clinical experience post licensure required
  • Experience working with complex clinical issues surrounding children and families preferred
