- Phone Support: Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, assisting callers with a variety of questions and concerns.
- Membership Management: Check in members, provide tours of the club, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
- Issue Resolution: Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Facility Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain the entire facility, including bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Continual standing and walking during shifts, continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone, and ability to lift 45 pounds.
