Position Overview

W-S Industrial Services, a division of W-S Companies, is seeking an Equipment Operator tasked with the operation and upkeep of machinery across various sites.

Core Responsibilities

  • Position involves extensive travel with a company vehicle provided
  • Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations consistently
  • Operate and service equipment, conduct Hazard Recognition Awareness, and assist in project planning
  • Perform work in a professional and safe manner, report job progress, and carry out field maintenance tasks
  • Responsible for the setup and breakdown of equipment while adhering to safety protocols
  • Operate all company machinery in accordance with regulations and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Additional duties as required

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience as a driver or equipment operator
  • A minimum of two years in an industrial field setting
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service skills, high school diploma or GED, and willingness to travel and work various shifts
  • Basic math and safety competencies, physical capability to perform tasks, and adherence to safety standards
