Activity Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Activity Assistant to join our team at Trilogy Management Services, LLC. As an Activity Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and organizing programs, activities, and events to enhance the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn new skills and earn more money through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program
  • Organize and plan programs, activities, events, and entertainment to enhance the lives of our residents
  • Promote initiatives that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions
  • Promote and communicate upcoming activities and events to encourage participation
  • Determine appropriate activity levels based on residents' cognitive and physical abilities
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and personal skills
  • Valid driver's license
