Key Responsibilities
  • Support pharmacy teams in delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes
  • Collaborate with pharmacy managers to develop and implement strategies for improving pharmacy operations and patient satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and training to pharmacy technicians and support staff on pharmacy operations and patient care
  • Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CVS Health policies
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance pharmacy efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
