Cleanup & Total Restoration is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and businesses recover from damage caused by disasters.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our management team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle damage caused by smoke, water, mold, or sewage, and remove and replace damaged materials.
- Conduct thorough and precise demolition using hand and power tools.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
- Operate a company vehicle to and from job sites while adhering to all state traffic laws and company policies.
- Promote and sell Cleanup & Total Restoration services as a Mitigation Technician.
- Document drying progress using a phone or tablet after proper training.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work overtime as needed and some holidays.
- IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
- Background in plumbing, demolition, water mitigation, and/or carpentry is a plus but not required.
- Health Insurance (including Vision and Dental).
- 401k matching.
