We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Manager to join our team at Chara Christian Dance Academy. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to students and families, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, preferably in a youth services or dance education setting. A degree is preferred, but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends is a must.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating a customer service program that exceeds our students' and families' expectations. You will work closely with our Director of Operations to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

We offer a competitive starting salary of $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer potential for retirement and health benefits. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
