CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead with Heart: Demonstrate empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Pharmacy Operations: Support the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
- Patient Care Programs: Adopt and manage patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
- Team Leadership: Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.
- Business Growth: Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
