Avionics Hardware Engineer

Contribute to the design, development, and testing of advanced avionics hardware and systems for space applications at EVONA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and testing of avionics systems to ensure high-quality results.
  • Drive rapid development cycles to meet tight schedules and ensure hardware reaches orbit.
  • Mentor and support the Avionics engineering team, promoting technical ownership and excellence.
  • Design avionics systems that align with mission objectives, delivering new capabilities for space operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to interpret customer requirements and integrate them into vehicle and architecture designs.
  • Develop and execute test plans in line with mission risk assessments and lead test campaigns.
  • Conduct design, test readiness, and flight readiness reviews, focusing on technical excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience designing complex electrical or control systems for harsh environments.
  • Proven ability to adapt and respond to evolving project needs.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, innovative technical solutions.
  • Experience integrating feedback from analysis into design iterations.
