We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Associate at Maxi Green Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Engage with customers while completing transactions on the cash register, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and restocking shelves with merchandise.
- Ensure accurate identification is produced when selling age-restricted products, and assist with the operation of the store's photo department.
- Build and maintain attractive displays of merchandise, complete new plan-o-grams, and conduct inventory counts to inform ordering decisions.
- Assist with price markdowns and changes, and put up signs to promote weekly sales.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
